AWANA is a program for children, ages 4-12 Wednesday nights at 6:30pm during the school months. It focuses on teaching godly character and Scripture memory. [see AWANA page for more]

AWANA:

Kid's time takes over for AWANA during the summer months on Wednesday nights. Caring teachers lead them through Bible lessons in a fun, exciting way. Activities include weekly crafts, snacks, games etc.

VBS:

Nursery:

For those who are really too young to participate in any of the other activities, there is a nursery provided FOR ALL SERVICES. Children can play in a clean environment while being supervised by competent nursery workers.

Sunday School starts at 10:00am every Sunday morning. Children are split up into classes of their own age and gender and are taught by caring and knowledgeable teachers. EBC uses the Regular Baptist Press curriculum for its Sunday Schools.

Sunday School:

On Sunday Mornings at 11:00am, while the adults In the worship service, the children are having a church service of their own back in the Lilly Addition. During this time they learn God's Word in an interactive way. This is also the time in which they work on children's choir numbers which are periodically performed during the adult worship service.

Junior Church:

"Suffer the little children to come unto me and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God."

At Emmanuel Baptist we have a Vacation Bible School every summer (usually during June). 
All week long the children enjoy coming to hear Bible lessons, play games and learn verses. It is always an exciting time for everyone!
